NOTE:  If you are experiencing one of the following issues with your dog, you will most likely need to schedule a one-on-one consultation in addition to submitting this helpline form:​

• Reactive behavior towards people or animals
• Unruly/Hyperactive Dogs
• Separation anxiety
• Resource guarding

Once this form is submitted, the Behavior Department will respond back to you by e-mail at their earliest availability.
