Tell us a little about your day, what do you do, what have you done? 
I founded STA Search in 1991, after working as a consultant in computer technology. I have built a reputation for delivering consistent and exceptional value to my clients, who range from domestic and international corporations to governmental and embassy projects. I also provide human capital consulting services, such as industry trends, compensation assessment, recruitment strategies, and market intelligence, On a daily basis I work with companies to help identify and help them hire professionals for key positions throughout the U.S. Focus includes AEC industries and associated technology. 

Are you currently participating in any other organizations or associations? 
Not currently. Pursuing interests in helping with The Salvation Army 

What unique talents and skills do you bring to the Sacramento SPCA Board? 
Passion for helping animals, our community and educating the public. 

We would love to hear about your family, starting with your pets… 
I have had the privilege of having numerous pets throughout my life and love boxers. I lost my sweet Noel in 2023 and now have a Frenchie named Enzo who we adopted from the SSPCA. Turns out he is deaf. We added Echo in 2024 after Noel’s passing who just turned one – also adopted from the SSPCA. 

Finally, what excites you about being part of the Sacramento SPCA Board of Directors? 
Being a part of helping animals, improving their care and helping the community with information, options and our services. Being an advocate for the animals.
